A flavorful Bavette steak seared to perfection, topped with a rich roasted garlic pan sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 Bavette steaks
- 4 cloves of roasted garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (such as thyme or rosemary) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the Bavette steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat and add butter and roasted garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the pan sauce over the steaks and garnish with fresh herbs.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a more intense garlic flavor, consider smashing the roasted garlic before adding it to the skillet.
