A delightful and nutritious breakfast combining rolled oats and fresh raspberries, perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup thick yogurt of choice (dairy-free if needed)
- 1/4 cup milk of choice (such as soy)
- 100 g fresh raspberries (plus more for serving)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- Small pinch of salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except chocolate and coconut oil to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together over a double boiler.
- Prepare serving jars by layering fresh raspberries at the bottom.
- Top the raspberries with the blended oat mixture.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
- Refrigerate for approximately 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Adjust sweetness with more maple syrup or honey as desired. Experiment with different yogurt flavors for variety.
