Description

A delightful and nutritious breakfast combining rolled oats and fresh raspberries, perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt of choice (dairy-free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (such as soy)
  • 100 g fresh raspberries (plus more for serving)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Small pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except chocolate and coconut oil to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together over a double boiler.
  3. Prepare serving jars by layering fresh raspberries at the bottom.
  4. Top the raspberries with the blended oat mixture.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
  6. Refrigerate for approximately 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Adjust sweetness with more maple syrup or honey as desired. Experiment with different yogurt flavors for variety.
