Ingredients

- 1 baguette, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz burrata cheese, torn into pieces
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, torn
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes with basil leaves, salt, and pepper.
- Once the bread is toasted, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Spoon a generous amount of the tomato mixture onto each baguette slice.
- Add a piece of burrata on top of each bruschetta, breaking it into smaller pieces.
- If desired, drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
Enjoy immediately for the best texture. You can add garlic for extra flavor or experiment with different toppings.
