Description

A delicious Korean kimbap roll featuring savory bulgogi beef, fresh vegetables, and rice, perfect for gatherings with family and friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 200g bulgogi beef
  • 4 sheets of nori
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 scrambled egg
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Soy sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Marinate the bulgogi beef in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes. Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Mix the cooked rice with a little sesame oil and salt in a bowl.
  3. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat or clean surface. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a little space at the top edge.
  4. Layer the bulgogi beef, cucumber, carrot, and scrambled egg over the rice.
  5. Roll the kimbap tightly from the bottom edge to the top, using the mat to help.
  6. Slice the rolled kimbap into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider adding avocado or pickled radish. Make sure to use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and texture.
