Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 200g bulgogi beef
- 4 sheets of nori
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 scrambled egg
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Soy sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Marinate the bulgogi beef in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes. Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Mix the cooked rice with a little sesame oil and salt in a bowl.
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat or clean surface. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a little space at the top edge.
- Layer the bulgogi beef, cucumber, carrot, and scrambled egg over the rice.
- Roll the kimbap tightly from the bottom edge to the top, using the mat to help.
- Slice the rolled kimbap into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider adding avocado or pickled radish. Make sure to use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and texture.
