Description

A refreshing Colombian dessert combining shaved ice, fresh fruits, and sweet syrups, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups of finely crushed ice
  • ¼ cup of crema de mesa
  • ¾ cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 cups of fruit syrup
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 2 strawberries, chopped
  • 1 kiwi, chopped
  • 1 cup of pineapple, chopped
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • Vanilla cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Finely crush the ice until it has a shaved ice consistency.
  2. In a large cup or bowl, place a layer of crushed ice.
  3. Pour the crema de mesa and condensed milk over the ice.
  4. Add fruit syrup to taste.
  5. Add the chopped fruits on top of the mixture.
  6. Garnish with vanilla cookies on top.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing dessert.
