Ingredients

- 4 cups of finely crushed ice
- ¼ cup of crema de mesa
- ¾ cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 1–2 cups of fruit syrup
- 1 banana, chopped
- 2 strawberries, chopped
- 1 kiwi, chopped
- 1 cup of pineapple, chopped
- 1 mango, chopped
- Vanilla cookies for garnish
Instructions
- Finely crush the ice until it has a shaved ice consistency.
- In a large cup or bowl, place a layer of crushed ice.
- Pour the crema de mesa and condensed milk over the ice.
- Add fruit syrup to taste.
- Add the chopped fruits on top of the mixture.
- Garnish with vanilla cookies on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing dessert.
