Ingredients

- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 shot of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
- Optional: a cinnamon stick or extra sprinkle of cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- In a small pot, add milk and heat over medium heat until warm, about 5 minutes.
- Add the vanilla protein powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract into the pot.
- With a handheld frother, froth the mixture until smooth and slightly bubbly.
- Brew the espresso or strong coffee into a large coffee cup.
- Carefully pour the frothed milk mixture over the brewed coffee.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick or an extra sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Enjoy your delicious creation!
Notes
