Description

A delicious and nutritious Cinnamon Roll Protein Latte that combines the flavors of classic cinnamon rolls with the protein our bodies crave.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 shot of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • Optional: a cinnamon stick or extra sprinkle of cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, add milk and heat over medium heat until warm, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the vanilla protein powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract into the pot.
  3. With a handheld frother, froth the mixture until smooth and slightly bubbly.
  4. Brew the espresso or strong coffee into a large coffee cup.
  5. Carefully pour the frothed milk mixture over the brewed coffee.
