- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the coated potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
