Description

A simple and indulgent Oreo fudge made with just three ingredients that evokes nostalgia and happiness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 275 g (9.7 oz / approx. 28 cookies) of regular Oreos
  • 400 g (14 oz / 2 cups) of white chocolate chips or melts
  • 400 g (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Grease and line a 20 cm square mold with parchment paper.
  2. Reserve 4 Oreo cookies for decoration. Crush the remaining Oreos in a plastic bag using a rolling pin, leaving some chunks.
  3. In a heatproof bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then mix until smooth. Heat for another 30 seconds if necessary.
  4. Add the crushed Oreos and mix until well combined; the mixture will be thick.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared mold and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
  6. Chop the reserved Oreo cookies and press the pieces into the top of the fudge for decoration.
  7. Refrigerate the fudge for 4 hours or overnight, then cut into 25 squares and enjoy.

Notes

Make sure to not overheat the chocolate, as it can cause separation or burning. Experiment with different mix-ins like nuts or marshmallows for added variation.
