Description

Delicious and guilt-free fudge made with just two ingredients: dark chocolate and thick yogurt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 tazas (270g) de chocolate oscuro
  • 3/4 taza de yogur de coco espeso o yogur griego (preferiblemente sin endulzar y de vainilla)
  • Una pizca de sal marina
  • 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
  • Nueces troceadas o fruta seca al gusto

Instructions

  1. Add the yogurt to a large bowl and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
  2. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt and mix well with a spatula until combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a prepared mold and freeze for a few hours until firm.
  5. Cut into pieces and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt if desired.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months.

Notes

For variations, consider adding different nuts or dried fruits.
