Ingredients

- 1 can of tuna
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1 slice of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 whole wheat wrap or tortilla
- Lettuce or spinach
- Tomato slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.
- Lay the wrap flat and place the lettuce or spinach on it.
- Add the tuna mixture, cheese, and tomato slices on top.
- Roll the wrap tightly, then cut it in half if desired.
- Serve immediately or wrap it up for meal prep.
Notes
For a warm wrap, toast the assembled wrap in a skillet for a few minutes to melt the cheese and warm the tortilla.
