Description

A quick and satisfying wrap that combines tuna, creamy dressings, fresh veggies, and cheese for a nutritious meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 slice of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 whole wheat wrap or tortilla
  • Lettuce or spinach
  • Tomato slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay the wrap flat and place the lettuce or spinach on it.
  3. Add the tuna mixture, cheese, and tomato slices on top.
  4. Roll the wrap tightly, then cut it in half if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or wrap it up for meal prep.

Notes

For a warm wrap, toast the assembled wrap in a skillet for a few minutes to melt the cheese and warm the tortilla.
