Description
A refreshing iced mango matcha latte that combines the sweetness of mango with the earthy flavor of matcha for a perfect summer drink.
Ingredients

- 1 ripe mango or 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
- 2 teaspoons of high-quality matcha powder
- 1 cup of almond milk (or oat/coconut milk)
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- If using a fresh mango, peel and pit it, then cut into chunks. For frozen mango, measure out 1 cup and set aside.
- Combine mango pieces with ½ cup of almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy to make a mango puree.
- In a separate bowl, whisk 2 teaspoons of matcha powder with 2-3 tablespoons of water until fully dissolved.
- In a tall glass, layer the mango puree at the bottom, fill with ice cubes, pour in the remaining almond milk, and gently add the whisked matcha on top.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup if desired and add a pinch of sea salt. Stir layers before sipping to enjoy all the flavors.
Notes
Use high-quality matcha for better flavor and color. Customize with palm sugar or agave syrup for sweetness.
