Ingredients

- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1–2 tbsp hot water
- ⅓ cup warm water
- 6 fresh strawberries
- 1–2 tsp agave syrup
- ⅓ cup ice
- ⅓ cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
Instructions
- Add matcha powder to a measuring cup or bowl.
- Pour in 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot water and whisk until smooth.
- Add warm water and mix well, then chill for 15 minutes.
- Blend fresh strawberries with agave syrup or mash them with a fork.
- Pour strawberry puree into a serving glass.
- Top with ice and pour cold almond milk over it.
- Add chilled matcha and gently stir to combine.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For sweeter options, experiment with honey or a sugar substitute. Use frozen strawberry ice cubes for extra flavor without dilution.
