A refreshing blend of vibrant strawberries and earthy matcha, perfect for sunny afternoons.


Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 12 tbsp hot water
  • ⅓ cup warm water
  • 6 fresh strawberries
  • 12 tsp agave syrup
  • ⅓ cup ice
  • ⅓ cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)

Instructions

  1. Add matcha powder to a measuring cup or bowl.
  2. Pour in 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot water and whisk until smooth.
  3. Add warm water and mix well, then chill for 15 minutes.
  4. Blend fresh strawberries with agave syrup or mash them with a fork.
  5. Pour strawberry puree into a serving glass.
  6. Top with ice and pour cold almond milk over it.
  7. Add chilled matcha and gently stir to combine.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For sweeter options, experiment with honey or a sugar substitute. Use frozen strawberry ice cubes for extra flavor without dilution.
