Ingredients

- 250 grams of flour
- 15 grams of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 220 grams of sugar
- 150 grams of sunflower oil
- 25 grams of softened butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes pale.
- Add the softened butter and sunflower oil.
- Continue beating until well integrated.
- Finally, incorporate the flour and vanilla, mixing thoroughly.
- Let the dough rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Fill the molds 3/4 full and bake for about 13 minutes.
- Allow to cool before consuming.
Notes
Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for best results. Do not overmix once the flour is added.
