Description

Delicious magdalenas with a soft texture and a hint of vanilla, inspired by traditional pastry.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 15 grams of baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 220 grams of sugar
  • 150 grams of sunflower oil
  • 25 grams of softened butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes pale.
  2. Add the softened butter and sunflower oil.
  3. Continue beating until well integrated.
  4. Finally, incorporate the flour and vanilla, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Let the dough rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
  6. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  7. Fill the molds 3/4 full and bake for about 13 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool before consuming.

Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for best results. Do not overmix once the flour is added.
