- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- Toppings to taste (fruits, chocolate, caramel, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of muffin molds.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts in the molds.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm.
- Let cool and add your favorite toppings before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding lemon or orange zest to the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate for at least two hours for the best texture.
