- 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
Instructions
- In a small pot, gently warm 1 cup of milk over medium heat; avoid boiling.
- Add 1 teaspoon of butterfly pea tea to the milk and steep for 3-5 minutes until it turns a rich blue color.
- Strain the tea or remove the teabag after steeping.
- Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of honey until dissolved.
- If desired, use a milk frother or whisk to create foam on top.
