A soothing and visually enchanting drink made with butterfly pea flower tea, warm milk, cinnamon, and honey, perfect for a calming evening ritual.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 teaspoon butterfly pea tea (loose or in a teabag)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, gently warm 1 cup of milk over medium heat; avoid boiling.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of butterfly pea tea to the milk and steep for 3-5 minutes until it turns a rich blue color.
  3. Strain the tea or remove the teabag after steeping.
  4. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of honey until dissolved.
  5. If desired, use a milk frother or whisk to create foam on top.
  6. Pour the Moon Milk Tea into your favorite cup and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top for a cozy finish.

Notes
