Ingredients

  • 400 grams of dulce de leche
  • 250 ml of heavy cream (chilled)
  • 2 large eggs (separated)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (for egg whites)

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the granulated sugar, continuing to beat until peaks are firm.
  2. Mix the dulce de leche with the egg yolks and vanilla extract in another bowl, stirring until well combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a third bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the dulce de leche mixture into the whipped egg whites, alternating with the whipped cream, ensuring to maintain the lightness of the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes
