Ingredients

- 400 grams of dulce de leche
- 250 ml of heavy cream (chilled)
- 2 large eggs (separated)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (for egg whites)
Instructions
- Beat the egg whites in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the granulated sugar, continuing to beat until peaks are firm.
- Mix the dulce de leche with the egg yolks and vanilla extract in another bowl, stirring until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream in a third bowl until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the dulce de leche mixture into the whipped egg whites, alternating with the whipped cream, ensuring to maintain the lightness of the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, consider adding a pinch of sea salt to the dulce de leche. Experiment with different extracts for a unique twist.
