Description

Delicious pesto turkey panini made with ciabatta bread, mozzarella cheese, and fresh pesto.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of ciabatta bread
  • 100g cooked turkey
  • 50g mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • Olive oil to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a panini press or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread pesto on one slice of bread.
  3. Add turkey and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with the other slice of bread.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and place the sandwich in the press.
  6. Cook until the bread is golden and the cheese melts, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

For added dimension, consider adding fresh spinach or tomato slices. Pair with a side salad or homemade fries.
