Delicious pesto turkey panini made with ciabatta bread, mozzarella cheese, and fresh pesto.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of ciabatta bread
- 100g cooked turkey
- 50g mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons pesto
- Olive oil to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a panini press or skillet over medium heat.
- Spread pesto on one slice of bread.
- Add turkey and mozzarella cheese.
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- Drizzle with olive oil and place the sandwich in the press.
- Cook until the bread is golden and the cheese melts, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For added dimension, consider adding fresh spinach or tomato slices. Pair with a side salad or homemade fries.
