- 200 g chorizo
- 150 g ham
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper

Instructions
- Peel and cube the potatoes. Cook them in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat some olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and chopped bell peppers until tender.
- Add the chorizo and ham and cook for a few minutes.
- Incorporate the cooked potatoes and mix well. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, adjusting with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley if desired.
