Ingredients

  • 200 g chorizo
  • 150 g ham
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube the potatoes. Cook them in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and chopped bell peppers until tender.
  3. Add the chorizo and ham and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Incorporate the cooked potatoes and mix well. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, adjusting with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley if desired.
