Description
Deliciously crispy air-fried potatoes that are perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound of yellow potatoes (or Yukon gold)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Peel the potatoes and slice them into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
- In a large bowl, mix the potato slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until they are well coated.
- Spread the potatoes evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
- Once done, they should be golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve as a side or snack.
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to allow proper air circulation. Adjust the cooking time based on your air fryer’s performance.
