Description

Deliciously crispy air-fried potatoes that are perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of yellow potatoes (or Yukon gold)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Peel the potatoes and slice them into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the potato slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until they are well coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes evenly in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
  6. Once done, they should be golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve as a side or snack.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to allow proper air circulation. Adjust the cooking time based on your air fryer’s performance.
