Description

A classic Pasta Alfredo made with creamy fettuccine and parmesan cheese, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 250 g fettuccine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Mix the cooked fettuccine into the sauce and combine well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a gourmet touch, consider adding a pinch of nutmeg to the sauce. Reserve some pasta cooking water to help create a creamier sauce.
