Ingredients

- 200 gr pasta
- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 100 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 300 ml broth
- 100 ml evaporated milk
- 80 g grated cheese
- A handful of spinach
Instructions
- Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic cloves. Sauté until tender.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano. Mix well.
- Incorporate sun-dried tomatoes, broth, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and add to the skillet.
- Add spinach and mix well.
- Serve the pasta topped with chicken and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Notes
For added spice, consider incorporating red pepper flakes or chili according to your taste.
