Description

A delicious and satisfying combination of juicy chicken, al dente pasta, and a rich sauce, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 200 gr pasta
  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 300 ml broth
  • 100 ml evaporated milk
  • 80 g grated cheese
  • A handful of spinach

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic cloves. Sauté until tender.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano. Mix well.
  4. Incorporate sun-dried tomatoes, broth, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil.
  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and add to the skillet.
  6. Add spinach and mix well.
  7. Serve the pasta topped with chicken and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Notes

For added spice, consider incorporating red pepper flakes or chili according to your taste.
