Ingredients

- Ricotta
- Olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions.
- While the pasta is cooking, mix ricotta with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped garlic if desired.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain and reserve some of the cooking water.
- Mix the hot pasta with the ricotta mixture, adding a bit of the cooking water to achieve a creamy sauce.
- Serve topped with fresh herbs and Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
To prevent overcooking, ensure the pasta is al dente. Reserve cooking water for a creamy sauce.
