  • 3 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and add the onions, cooking slowly until golden brown.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for one more minute.
  4. Incorporate the tomato paste and spices, mixing well.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and cheese, mixing until the cheese melts and everything is well combined.
