- 200 g Tomato paste
- Cheese to taste (preferably Parmesan or Mozzarella)
- Spices to taste (Oregano, Basil, or your preferred mix)
- 3 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil and add the onions, cooking slowly until golden brown.
- Add the garlic and cook for one more minute.
- Incorporate the tomato paste and spices, mixing well.
- Add the cooked pasta and cheese, mixing until the cheese melts and everything is well combined.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
