Description
A delicious Philly cheesesteak filled with juicy ribeye steak, sautéed peppers, and melted provolone cheese, served in a toasted hoagie bun.

- 1 lb ribeye steak
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- Spray a bit of olive oil on the griddle and add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper and add it to the griddle. Cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Once cooked, mix the meat with the sautéed vegetables.
- Divide the meat and vegetable mixture into portions and place a slice of provolone cheese on each portion. Let the cheese melt.
- Toast the hoagie buns on the griddle until golden brown.
- Fill each hoagie bun with the cheesesteak mixture and serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra kick, consider adding minced garlic or chili sauce while sautéing the vegetables. Experiment with different types of cheese for varied flavors.
