- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pomegranate seeds for garnish

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, orange juice, honey, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until the glaze thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon fillets on the grill or in the skillet, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Brush the glaze over the salmon fillets during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a minute.
- Serve garnished with pomegranate seeds and orange slices.
