Description

Delicious fusion of classic burgers and tacos, featuring juicy smash patties, soft tortillas, and a special burger sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 taza de mayonesa
  • 1/4 taza de ketchup
  • 1 cucharada de pepinillos finamente picados
  • 1/2 cucharadita del jugo de los pepinillos
  • 1/4 cucharadita de paprika
  • 1/2 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
  • 1/4 cucharadita de sal kosher
  • 1/8 cucharadita de pimienta negra molida
  • 1/2 cucharadita de salsa de soya
  • 1/2 cucharadita de vinagre de arroz
  • 1 libra de carne molida de res (80/20)
  • 3/4 cucharadita de sal kosher
  • 1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra molida
  • 6 rebanadas de queso americano
  • 6 tortillas de harina (tamaño taco callejero)
  • Lechuga triturada
  • Pepinillos de hamburguesa
  • Opcional: tocino, cebollas blancas

Instructions

  1. Prepare the burger sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, pickles, pickle juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper, and divide into 6 equal balls.
  3. Prepare tortillas, cheese, and toppings so they’re ready to use.
  4. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat and place the meatballs onto it.
  5. Using a burger press, flatten each ball for 15-20 seconds, then cook without moving for 40 seconds.
  6. Flip the patties, place a slice of cheese on each, and add the tortillas to the grill at the same time. Close the lid and cook for about 2 minutes.
  7. Open the lid, flip the tortillas, and use a spatula to place the patties on the toasted tortillas. Transfer to a plate.
  8. Add lettuce, burger sauce, and pickles. Optionally, add bacon and white onions. Enjoy!
