Description

A luxurious steak recipe with a rich, creamy pepper sauce that brings family and friends together.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 filetes de ternera (solomillo or entrecot)
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 200 ml of cooking cream
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the filetes de ternera with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the filetes for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to your liking. Remove steaks and let them rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened, stirring frequently.
  4. Add cooking cream and mustard to the skillet, stirring well to combine. Allow sauce to simmer until it thickens slightly.
  5. Serve the filetes topped with creamy sauce and sprinkled with fresh parsley.

Notes

Experiment with adding Worcestershire sauce or cracked black pepper to the sauce for extra flavor.
