  • 2 cups fresh spinach (espinacas frescas)
  • 1 cup blueberries (arándanos)
  • 200g brie cheese (queso Brie)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (aceite de oliva)
  • Salt (sal) to taste
  • Pepper (pimienta) to taste
  • Garlic powder (ajo en polvo) to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Make a horizontal cut in the center of each chicken breast to create a pocket.
  3. In a bowl, mix the spinach, blueberries, and brie cheese.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the chicken breasts on both sides.
  7. Transfer the browned chicken breasts to a baking dish and cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked.
  8. Serve hot.
