- 2 cups fresh spinach (espinacas frescas)
- 1 cup blueberries (arándanos)
- 200g brie cheese (queso Brie)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (aceite de oliva)

- Pepper (pimienta) to taste
- Garlic powder (ajo en polvo) to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Make a horizontal cut in the center of each chicken breast to create a pocket.
- In a bowl, mix the spinach, blueberries, and brie cheese.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the chicken breasts on both sides.
- Transfer the browned chicken breasts to a baking dish and cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked.
- Serve hot.
