- 2 Italian sub rolls
- 4 oz salami
- 4 oz capicola
- 4 oz ham
- 4 oz provolone cheese
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 pepperoncini, sliced
- 2 tbsp Italian dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Start by slicing the Italian sub rolls in half.
- Layer the salami, capicola, ham, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
- In a bowl, mix together the lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pepperoncini.
- Drizzle the salad mixture with Italian dressing and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Pile the salad mixture on top of the meats and cheese.
- Close the sandwich with the top half of the roll, press down gently, and slice in half.
- Serve immediately or wrap for later. Enjoy!
