Ingredients

  • 2 Italian sub rolls
  • 4 oz salami
  • 4 oz capicola
  • 4 oz ham
  • 4 oz provolone cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 pepperoncini, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Italian dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing the Italian sub rolls in half.
  2. Layer the salami, capicola, ham, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pepperoncini.
  4. Drizzle the salad mixture with Italian dressing and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pile the salad mixture on top of the meats and cheese.
  6. Close the sandwich with the top half of the roll, press down gently, and slice in half.
