- 100g Ham
- 100g Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture.
- Cook until almost set.
- Add ham, cheese, and tomato to the center of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook for a couple more minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Choose a cheese that melts well for the best results. You can add spinach or chopped onion for extra flavor.
