Description

Delicious low-carb tortilla filled with eggs, ham, cheese, and tomato, perfect for any meal of the day.


Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 100g Ham
  • 100g Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture.
  3. Cook until almost set.
  4. Add ham, cheese, and tomato to the center of the tortilla.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half and cook for a couple more minutes until the cheese melts.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

Choose a cheese that melts well for the best results. You can add spinach or chopped onion for extra flavor.
