- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
- ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- Fresh raspberries and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and optional sweetener until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once after 30 minutes to prevent clumps.
- Mash or blend raspberries for a smooth or slightly chunky texture.
- Layer chia pudding and mashed raspberries in serving glasses.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries or mint and serve chilled.
Notes
Adjust sweetness according to taste and feel free to substitute raspberries with other fruits like strawberries or blueberries.
