Instructions

  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin fillets.
  3. In a pan, sauté the chopped garlic in a little olive oil until fragrant.
  4. Arrange the zucchini fillets on a baking tray.
  5. Brush the garlic oil over the zucchini slices.
  6. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the zucchinis are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
