- 3 medium zucchinis
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 200 grams of mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Slice the zucchinis into thin fillets.
- In a pan, sauté the chopped garlic in a little olive oil until fragrant.
- Arrange the zucchini fillets on a baking tray.
- Brush the garlic oil over the zucchini slices.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the zucchinis are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
